Bug 193250 – net-misc/arpstar-0.5.5-r1 fails to build with kernels < 2.6.22

In bug #189718 a patch was applied to arpstar-0.5.5-r1 to get it to compile for 2.6.22 kernels, but apparantley it wont compile against earlier kernels with the patch.

Simply changing the 'epatch "${FILESDIR}"/2.6.22.patch' to the following should fix the issue (methinks);
        if kernel_is ge 2 6 22; then
                epatch "${FILESDIR}"/2.6.22.patch
        fi

Also, while we're on the subject, would it be possible to have it keyworded for more archs?

I've been using it on amd64 for well over a year now.

This package is now facing removal since nobody is looking after it
