Bug 193235 – pygtk 2.12 doesn't work with pygobject 2.12 but does with pygobject 2.14

Running "import gtk" with pygtk 2.12 built with pygobject 2.12 throws an error, but it's working with pygtk 2.12 built with pygobject 2.14.
Maybe pygtk 2.12 should depend on pygobject 2.14?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge "<pygobject-2.14"
2. emerge "=pygtk-2.12"

Actual Results:

It's working if I "emerge pygobject pygtk"

I checked and pyg_gerror_exception_check is used in pygtk 2.12, and defined in pygobject 2.14 but not in pygobject 2.12.  Dep fixed.
