kdelibs-3.1.1a fails to compile.

It errors out with the following error:

libtool: link: cannot find the library
'/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i586-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.2/libstdc++.la'

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -u world

Actual Results:  
emerge begins and usually has some packages prior to kdelibs-3.1.1a, all of
which work fine.  kdelibs-3.1.1a compiles for quite a while and then fails at
the same error consistently

Expected Results:  
I believe the error is a type in the ebuild or make file or something because I
do have the library in:
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.2/libstdc++.la

so there may be a i586 / i686 mixup

or just re-emerge aspell.
