"Daily CVS ChangeLog" is supposed to be updated daily, isn't it? But it's not
updated since April/9

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.load the page


Actual Results:  
Not updated since April/9

Expected Results:  
Ahould be updated every day.

Perhaps some cron-scheduled script broken?
