After the www-servers/apache-2.2.6 update, www-apache/mod_ftpd-0.13.0 causes trouble:
# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
 * Apache2 has detected a syntax error in your configuration files:
Syntax error on line 22 of /etc/apache2/modules.d/45_mod_ftpd.conf:
Invalid command 'Anonymous_Authoritative', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration

apache 2.2 in its default config does no longer understand:
                        Anonymous_Authoritative On
                        AuthAuthoritative Off

Please advice.
