Current stable lapack-atlas-3.7.11 depends on lapack-config while other packages use eselect-lapack.

Reproducible: Always

Thanks much for the note. lapack-atlas-3.8.0 is now stable
on all arches but alpha (see bug #200337).
I am therefore closing this bug.
