Ebuild for Hugs98 an interpreter for the Haskell language. 
I suggest placing this in dev-lang

Hugs98 ebuild that recognizes USE readline

I've added support for readline to the ebuild currently in the portage tree and
changed the version from 2000.12 to 2001.12-r1. Notice the change in the year.
I suspect this is a typo in the original ebuild, so one might want to rename
that also.
