This patch adds a use flag ('soliddb') and changes required for downloading / building the solidDB sources.

NAK for now, because upstream Solid is not up to date with the mysql releases, and this needs to be done in a way that it doesn't break the mysql-extras patches. If they released their stuff as a nice big patch, that would be a very good start.

Please reopen if they start providing patches.
