In the section of the guide where Grub is installed, the output is shown as follows:

grub> root (hd0,0)
 Filesystem type is ext2fs, partition type 0x83

In reality, grub will report the partition type as 0xfd, just as it was setup in the fdisk section of the guide.

Reproducible: Always
