considering ConsoleKit will never support MacOS, there is no point to this patch other then to source in a bunch more bash code that will slow down the emerge process since bash has to process more code. Look at the pam.eclass, does the same darn thing I'm doing in the ebuild. So.. why should I apply this?
Consistency? I.e., for exact same reason that we use doinitd/doconfd or any other wrapper that exists for the purpose, instead of ad-hoc stuff?
