emerging app-misc/ca-certificates-20070303-r1 results in the following output:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run emerge --update app-misc/ca-certificates
2. View last 5 lines of output.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:  
Should have fully emerged package.

This initially occurred during an emerge -uaD world, however, it also occurs when attempting to emerge the package individually.

there's nothing we can do about busted/anal/stupid network proxies in your environment

contact your IT people and ask them to stop implementing stupid filters on .deb files
