Description Radek Podgorny 2003-04-11 18:42:46 UTC
Hi,

this not a real bug but why is a "quake2" script (the one used to run quake2
binary) located in the /usr/bin dir? Shouldn't it be in /usr/games/bin?

My apologies if I'm wrong...
Bye...
Radek

you are wrong ;)
games go in /usr/games/ for the most part
Comment 2 Radek Podgorny 2003-04-24 11:12:24 UTC
Isn't this exatly what I wrote? ...that it should go to /usr/games? Currently, it's in plain /usr...

Excuse my possible stupidity... :-(
Comment 3 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2003-04-29 12:18:43 UTC
oh, my bad, i thought you were saying it exists in /usr/games/bin atm ...

yes, it needs to be updated ;)
Comment 4 Radek Podgorny 2003-05-02 15:13:44 UTC
BTW, the same applies to the "quakeforge" package, so you can repair it in one turn or open new bug to be the best bug-closer ever.. :-)
