Please test and stabilize =www-servers/resin-3.0.24

Resin needs ~dev-java/resin-servlet-api-3.0.24 stabilized first.

I'm using it on several production servers and works ok.

It's just a bug fix over current stable 3.0.22.

You missed dev-java/resin-servlet-api-3.0.24 so the dependencies are broken ATM.
