kde-base/kdeamin installs ksysv, a System V init editor. 
I think it shouldn't be installed on Gentoo at all, 
because ksysv doesn't support Gentoo's non-LSB 
init scheme. 
 
Because ksysv is started with root permissions, a user 
could possible do some damage to his system.

Ok, I see that this was done in kdeadmin-3.1.1-r1. The bug report can be closed.
