Add 'make -n' to einstall before it runs the actual make when --debug has been
specified.
This is to help allow an external program to parse emerge's output for the
purpose of creating a progress indicator.
Some sort of indicators just before and just after the output of make -n to aid
parsing would be preferred. Thanks.
