produces this error when compiling gcc:

this is from a stage2 rc4 tarball

that actually isn't the error, thats just a warning, there should be an error somewhere above that (maybe far above)

its to do with the propolice v5.
v4 compiles fine.

frogger already has the answer to this

does -6 fix this?

Fixed in the latest gcc-3.2.2-r3 ebuild with Protector-6.
