There are many sysinit replacements in the tree. I found at least seven including sysvinit. They are in three different categories. Shouldn't they be united in one category? Or has this special reasons?

app-admin/firstboot not sure if this is an init system
app-admin/jinit
sys-apps/cinit
sys-apps/einit
sys-apps/initng and sys-apps/initng-ifiles
sys-apps/sysvinit
sys-process/minit
sys-process/runit

Also a few of them need a version bump.
Latest cinit in portage is 0.08 latest development release is 0.3pre11 and latest stable is 0.2.1.
Latest einit in portage is 0.22.0 latest release is 0.24.3
Latest runit in portage is 1,70 latest release is 1.7.2

Given that minit _was_ in sys-apps, and that sys-process should probably be the correct category for all of them, the bug is at least misfiled.

On the other hand, since package moves are frowned upon if there are no very good reasons for them, for now, let's just drop this.
