Description OlegON 2007-09-01 06:05:32 UTC
Maintainer forgot "space" in ebuild script at
newinitd"${FILESDIR}/ejabberd.initd" ${PN}
so, when I edit it as
newinitd "${FILESDIR}/ejabberd.initd" ${PN}
init.d script created.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge ejabberd

Actual Results:
no init.d scripts created

Expected Results:
would like to run as /etc/init.d/ejabberd start

Bad mistake...I was to eager adding quotes to make variables space safe...thanks for the hint, I really love it when bug reporters make up the solution themselves...less thinking on my side. Fixed and resolved.
