This is an ebuild for PyKDE 3.5-2.

There is a closed bug related to this, bug #6416 it was closed with the explanation 
that PyQT is already in portage. PyQt and PyKDE are two completly different products.  
 
I don't see why the fact that PyQT is in portage should prevent PyKDE ebuilds from 
being in portage. Maybe Dan Armak confused them?
