http://sources.gentoo.org/viewcvs.py/gentoo-x86/sys-power/nvram-reboot/ <-- gets deleted on emerge --sync with this mirror. I've noticed this at least 5 times in last couple of weeks.

Okay, seems this box has HDD issues. Taking it out of rotation. Will keep the bug updated.
