Fixed the doc files so now it installs them.

My apologies just read the rest of the howto.  I'd been writing the ebuild with the flu and a hyper kid about.  :P  Anyways in future builds I now realize I need a Changelog to go with it and to put in an revision number.  

The builds worked in both cases.  I just hadn't realized how the revision system worked til I read further.  I apologize for the few ebuilds I put in that may of been revised before I was aware of the procedures for that.
