The patch is reversed and unfortunately doesn't work for me with baselayout-2.0.0_rc3-r1 :/

* Caching service dependencies ...                                                                                                     [ ok ]
 * Tor configuration (/etc/tor/torrc) is valid.
 * Starting Tor ...                                                                                                                     [ !! ]

Hmm, actually... it works after I've killed some broken tor process started by the original non-working initscript.

In portage. The reversed patch made me commit a wrong version yesterday.
