sys-kernel/ppc-sources,ppc-sources-dev and ppc-sources-crypto was needs. 
Already, ppc-sources-benh have a different "pmc_cpufreq.c".

I want this patch for another ppc-kernel-sources.

This should be in the ppc-sources-2.4.21-rX series kernels.  If you could try one out when xfree-drm-4.3.0-r3 shows up in the tree, just reopen this bug if it's not in.  (I'm pretty sure the benh kernels got this one.)
