configure script is not run because it only does a couple of trivial version checks for qt and qmake, and emerge already takes care of depending on the right version (Qt 4.2 or higher). Thus we can also get rid of the configure patch, completely removing src_unpack() from the ebuild.
Then every .pro file is processed by eqmake4, rather than directly invoking qmake from the top-level Makefile.
Other misc cleanups and a fix for a typo.
Btw, I don't understand why this package is installed into "/opt/lastfm/"...
