JUD server-component is intended to support clinet-side browser mode, aka
"directory services" for registered users. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. cp jabber-server-1.4.2-r3.ebuild /usr/portage/net-im/jabber-server
2. emerge -u net-im/jabber-server
3. emacs /etc/jabber/jud.README
4. /etc/init.d/jabber restart

Actual Results:  
working JUD

Expected Results:  
working JUD

jabber-server-1.4.2-r3.ebuild

the ebuild is based on r2 revision with added line responsible for JUD
installation.

TODO: to update /etc/jabber/multiple.xml instead of refering to jud.README;
