Description Hanno Böck gentoo-dev 2007-08-16 12:36:12 UTC
Already stable on a bunch of other archs.
Comment 1 Tiago Cunha (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2007-08-16 19:19:31 UTC
1. Emerges on AMD64.
2. No collisions.
3. Test phase ok.
4. Multilib-strict ok.
5. Works.

It gives me a No such file or directory with mv:
[...]
prefix is: /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/text-format-0.64/image//usr
>>> Completed installing text-format-0.64 into /var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/text-format-0.64/image/

mv: cannot stat `/var/tmp/portage/dev-ruby/text-format-0.64/image///usr/lib64/ruby/site_ruby/1.8/*': No such file or directory
* checking 34 files for package collisions
>>> Merging dev-ruby/text-format-0.64 to /
--- /usr/
[...]

Also, the current homepage - http://www.halostatue.ca/ruby/Text__Format.html - doesn't exist. http://raa.ruby-lang.org/project/text-format/ seems to be the correct one.

Comment 2 Hans de Graaff gentoo-dev Security 2007-08-17 06:49:43 UTC
The mv error is due to the package declaring that it can use 'any' ruby version. I've changed this to 'ruby18' (the only version currently in the tree) which fixes this.

weeee! stable on amd64
