I have setup an internal gentoo mirror within IBM. Please grant access to
rsync1.us.gentoo.org but DO NOT add this to the round robin. This server cannot
be contacted from the internet. IP is 9.23.95.142

We limit access to rsync1.us.gentoo.org to publicly-available rsync mirrors only.  Private mirrors are asked to use our regular rsync rotation.
