If konsole is not installed and you try to open a konsole-tab inside konversation,  the program will crash.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. unmerge konsole or kdebase
2. start konversation
3. open and close a new konsole tab

I've contacted upstream, they fixed it in their Subversion repository only minutes afterwards (thanks, Eike!) and I've added a corresponding patch to the new revision -r2 that prevents the crash as I didn't want to add konsole and (implicitly) all the stuff it pulls in as a dependency. Thus, fixed in CVS.
