Created attachment 128768 [details, diff] Fix compile and install issues Although syndaemon now compiles fine, it will not work due to FreeBSD lacking SHM facilities. Aside from that it should work fine - care to test it?
Please try with latest xf86-input-synaptics in tree. synaptics is dead code and shall be masked.
