Bug 188034 – media-gfx/xv installs files in /usr/local

I believe /usr/local is not a place for ebuild installed files. But xv installs some doc files to /usr/local:

Good catch!  The upstream patches changed the make install a little, so I have fixed the paths.  Thanks for the report!  Fixed in r14.
