PortageMaster, a portage frontend, has been inactive for nearly 4 years now, and is still in portage.  According to http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=132856 it is also broken.  Unless there are reasons for leaving it in the system, I propose that we remove it.

Currently broken:
- packages from overlays are not listed
- unmerging
- showing dependencies
- syncing (it installs rsync instead - dunno if this is wanted)

(and why does it _depend_ on the other bug report Oo?)
