New upstream versions. Existing 2.2.3 ebuilds work for 2.2.3.1, so no ebuilds
will be attached. Builds and works for me.

the difference between 2.2.3 and 2.2.3.1 is only the fixing of a configure problem in nautilus 2.2.3 which i pointed out to alexl and we get around in the ebuild. Eel gets updated because of their intertwined versioning.
