Bug 18743 – developement-sources ebuild lacks dependencies

When building a 2.5 kernel using the developement-sources, the Gentoo ebuild  
should have sys-apps/module-init-tools included as a DEPEND. Otherwise people 
cannot boot up kernels with modules in them. 
 
I've seen it a lot happening on IRC.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge developement-sources 
2. build kernel with modules 
3. restart and see the modules failing on boot 
Actual Results:  
cannot load any modules 

Expected Results:  
modules being correctly handled by kernel
