It's fixed in the -r1 ebuild, but that isn't marked stable on amd64 yet. As a workaround, you could add this to your /etc/package.keywords file: media-libs/libdvdcss ~amd64 Alternatively, add this to your /etc/package.use file: media-libs/libdvdcss -doc
confirmed bug and fix, please remove the broken ebuild
Arch teams need to mark the updated ebuild stable so the old, broken, "stable" ebuild can be removed.
(In reply to comment #3) > Arch teams need to mark the updated ebuild stable so the old, broken, "stable" > ebuild can be removed. > +1
Stable for HPPA.
media-libs/libdvdcss-1.2.9-r1 [1.2.9] USE="doc*" 1. Compiles on AMD64. 2. No collisions etc. 3. Works - ogle can still play my DVD's According to ChangeLog a patch have been added within the last 30 days, but this is to fix a broken stable ebuild. Please mark stable on AMD64. Created attachment 137750 [details] Build log for a failed x86 installation. The problem seems to be missing TeX files and/or incorrect definitions used in existing files.
I had an almost identical problem on an x86 build. The only difference is that LaTeX was missing a different file; it was missing utf8.def. There were other problems after it, but this was probably due to the undefined terms being defined in the missing file.
