New version includes build fixes, documentation improvements, and improves default security. See specific release enhancements at http://msmtp.sourceforge.net/news.html.
Simply bumping the version works for x86. Also, I don't think it's necessary to install the dos and windows README files since few people should need them while running Gentoo. See the attached patch for changes from the currently masked msmtp-1.4.9-r1.ebuild in the tree.

Created attachment 129040 [details] msmtp-1.4.13.ebuild msmtp-1.4.13 has been released and has switched licenses to the GPLv3. This release also includes some scripts in the scripts subdirectory which aren't installed by default by the attached ebuild (at least on my machine). Should they be installed by default, optionally with a local use flag, or manually by each user who wants them?
1. Do not base your ebuilds on masked -r1, it's a forgotten attempt to introduce mailer-config for MTAs (similar ebuilds can be found for other MTAs in the tree). Use last unmasked version instead. 2. Post a diff instead of an entire ebuild - that makes it easier to see what's changed in your version. 3. Contrib scripts should generally be installed into /usr/share/${PN}
