the libapreq2 ebuild depends on perl even without perl in USE, but it build fine without perl. addiotionally the usage of apache-module is completely wrong.

is the perl herd even interested in this package? it is clearly an apache package, but happens to include some perl bindings... i'd like to move that package to apache herd and will do so on Sep 1st if noone complains in here

Sorry for the delay.

Moving this to the apache-herd seems like a good idea to me if you really want to take care of this package.
