Hi,

net-dns/bind-tools-9.4.1_p1 failed to download because the url isn't well forged. 

_p1 should be replaced in directory path as well as in tar.gz file.
( ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind9/9.4.1-P1/bind-9.4.1-P1.tar.gz is the correct URL)
