This is a follow-up to resolved bugs #167704 and #180205. There is still a minor problem with the generated html documentation. Doxygen generates utf8 encoded output, but the included header.html file declares the output as iso-8859-1 instead of utf8. This can be seen in the following local file URL: file:///usr/share/doc/libdvdcss-1.2.9-r1/html/dvdcss_8h.html#_details The accented character in "Stéphane Borel" is rendered as a pair of malformed characters because it is being interpreted with the wrong character encoding. (If you override the character encoding to UTF-8 in Firefox's View menu, the text is rendered correctly.) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. USE=doc emerge -1 =media-libs/libdvdcss-1.2.9-r1 2. Open "file:///usr/share/doc/libdvdcss-1.2.9-r1/html/dvdcss_8h.html#_details" in Firefox. Actual Results: Note the malformed character sequence in the first author's name: "Stéphane Borel". Expected Results: The name "Stéphane Borel" should have been rendered correctly.
