Description MrSnivvel 2007-07-26 21:19:26 UTC
A greylisting policy service that is written in C/C++ that supports mysql, postgresql, and sqlite databases.

Reproducible: Always

I'll try to post a proposal ebuild for it. It's going to be my first attempt at making one.

It seems gps is being phased out; the author just released a new implementation called "greylist":

I'm going to mark this as WONTFIX, because frankly there are just better options. These days, postfix has its own built-in greylisting via postscreen. If you turn on the "deep protocol tests", it essentially enables greylisting for you:

  http://www.postfix.org/POSTSCREEN_README.html#after_220

That's my preferred solution.

For a standalone daemon, there is also mail-filter/postgrey which is still maintained and in the tree.
