cxxtools has been updated to 1.4.5, see http://www.tntnet.org/news.hms. please update this package. i've spoken to the upstream, he says there are no radical changes involved.

i hereby also wish to point out that tntdb, a to tntnet closely related package, still has no package manager. also see bug #181641 ( http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=181641 ).
