When I emerge emacs with the USE keyword of leim I get an error stating: No message digest entry found for archive "leim-21.3.tar.gz." Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. emerge sync 2. set the USE keyword leim 3. emerge emacs Actual Results: Emacs fails to emerge: Calculating dependencies ...done! >>> emerge (1 of 1) app-editors/emacs-21.3-r1 to / >>> md5 ;-) emacs-21.3.tar.gz >>> No message digest entry found for archive "leim-21.3.tar.gz." !!! Most likely a temporary problem. Try 'emerge rsync' again later. !!! If you are certain of the authenticity of the file then you may type !!! the following to generate a new digest: !!! ebuild /usr/portage/category/package/package-version.ebuild digest Expected Results: It should have been able to download the message digest and emerge. Just thought I'd mention that there does appear to be a simple work around if you trust the mirrors: !!! If you are certain of the authenticity of the file then you may type !!! the following to generate a new digest: !!! ebuild /usr/portage/category/package/package-version.ebuild digest
