The portage zip-2.3-r1.ebuild doesn't work on PPC because the Makefile flag.
Updated it to add -DHAVE_SYS_DIR_H flag.

why exactly is this needed, it compiles fine for me without it and works as expected

zip compiles fine, and creates valid archives

closing bug due to inactivity
