Please make the Adblock Plus Plugin systemwide (or at least x86) in the official portage tree for Mozilla Firefox available so not every new user must download it extra.

Nope. We do not provide ebuilds for external mozilla-* plugins.

As said above, we are not adding any FF plugins unless required to work around security issues.
