CDWserver
- recognition of the tools "wodim" and "genisoimage"
- set the default speeds to "0" to let the writers choose
- clear the group access bits of the writer raw devices
  like /dev/scd0 while the writer is used by webCDwriter
  and restore them afterwards
- some modifications for Ubuntu Linux 7.04

webCDcreator
- update of Norwegian messages
- convert the file names for "DVD Video" to upper case
- webCDcreator.jar signed by a new certificate

We could use a working ebuild, java is not my thing.

added 2.8.2 to portage, thanks for reporting. let me know if there's any problem with it.. too unfamiliar with java and all :/
