net-analyzer/mtr-0.69-r1: attr(iuse): iuse unknown flags- [ ppc-macos ]
net-analyzer/mtr-0.71: attr(iuse): iuse unknown flags- [ ppc-macos ]
net-analyzer/mtr-0.72: attr(iuse): iuse unknown flags- [ ppc-macos ]

Also, the use ppc-macos && append-flags "-DBIND_8_COMPAT" is not needed any more in these ebuilds.

I actually haven't tested if it compiles without -DBIND_8_COMPAT.

actually, it is necessary, I got a bug report on that for x86-macos users.

Removed ppc-macos from IUSE, that was a lame idea.  Fixed "use ppc-macos" non-sense.
