bugs.gentoo.org doesn't let me enter 1.4rc3 as a version, though it is for 
download (for example at http://gentoo.oregonstate.edu/releases/1.4_rc3/)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open new bug


2. look for 1.4rc3 in version


3. don't find it



Actual Results:  
I wondered whether gentoo 1.4rc3 does or does not exist.


Expected Results:  
Display 1.4rc3 as version to choose.
