Description SpanKY gentoo-dev 2007-07-20 06:42:47 UTC
for cross-compiling, we arent in the chroot, so we need to use relative paths

for native building, nothing should change as the chroot places you in / anyways

So this really needs to be extended to every single path in catalyst, right?
Comment 3 SpanKY gentoo-dev 2007-08-29 17:27:22 UTC
every path which is used inside of a chroot, yes

my audit covered enough to do a stage1 ... but i wasnt able to complete it due to perl being a wh0re

That's what I thought. Let me hold off on this for the short term. I'm going to be branching catalyst SVN soon so I can start working on some newer features that will likely break the SVN for a while and I want something "known good" to still have around for releases.

any news? can we close it?
