Emerge -uDN world produces (inter alia):

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure pdflib is in the world file
2. emerge --sync
3. emerge -uDN world

Actual Results:  
Emerge system upgrade fails.

Expected Results:  
pdflib shouldn't have broken class causing upgrade to fail

I have fixed the Manifest now.

anant: please do NOT commit directly with CVS. Make sure you use repoman and commit the Manifest.
