It would be very nice to add the support to php in nginx. Something like the solution adapted in the lighttpd ebuild would be great, maybe even using the same solution (fastcgi auto configurated).

the php use flag in lighttpd only adds dependencies and includes the fastcgi config. this is trivial to setup and does not need a use flag
