Multibyte UTF-8 characters are not displayed correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. echo 'ł' | most
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
�^B

Expected Results:  
ł

This bug has apparently been fixed by the Debian maintainer: http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/m/most/most_4.10.2-4.diff.gz

The patch requires s-lang 2.1, bug #182339

most-5.0.0a is utf8 compliant
